Formerly Incarcerated Individuals Supported Through Partnership Collaborations
Expungement clinics and resource fairs are held quarterly nationwide, offering individuals the chance to clear eligible criminal records, not limited to cannabis convictions.
We create job opportunities for formerly incarcerated individuals through partnerships like Masscultivated. Our mentorship program offers three months of online workshops with ongoing support.
We also provide cultivation and dispensary tours for Social Equity (SE) applicants and assist SE licensees nationwide. Additionally, we collaborate with mentorship programs like SEED and the Minority Cannabis Academy.
Our Supplier Diversity initiative supports Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs), women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses, focusing on increasing Black, Brown, and women-owned brands on our shelves.

We have donated over $650,000 to grassroots organizations, supporting initiatives such as food drives, coat giveaways, feminine hygiene product distributions, laptop donations for students, and meals for shelters and senior homes.
We also prioritize community education about the cannabis industry, conduct research on the effectiveness of Social Equity (SE) practices, and collaborate with colleges and universities to educate students about career opportunities in the industry.
