How do I place an order online?
Step 1: Log into Letsascend.com
Step 2: Select Carroll (MED) or other store location
Step 3: Within the menu you are able to log in and create an account or checkout as a guest. The benefits of creating an account are faster checkout (you won’t need to enter information every transaction) and link to loyalty account.
Step 4: Now you are ready to shop the menu. You can search the product by category- Flower, Vapes, Edibles, Concentrates, Tinctures, Topicals or Accessories. You can add any of the category items to your cart.
Step 5: When you are ready to check out you will see a little shopping cart in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 6: Click on the shopping cart and fill out your customer information once again.
Step 7: Select order type- “In-Store” and date for pick up and time slot for pick up.
Step 8: Select your payment method; Cash or debit
Once you hit check out, your order is sent to the store.
Step 9: Please proceed to the store with valid ID, Medical Card and payment method at the designated time slot for pick up.
Step 10: Check in at the front desk for order pick up with your ID and medical card.
